Aprio’s first AI offering delivers chat advisor and director development resources

Starting in early 2026, Aprio customers will be able to access ChatDPQ™—an AI governance advisor trained specifically on board best practices, along with DirectorPrep’s governance blog and resource library. Customers will have complimentary access until their next Aprio subscription renewal, with the option to continue annually.
ChatDPQ draws on DirectorPrep’s proprietary research and thought leadership, with broad internet search as a secondary source. Importantly, it does not access any confidential board materials stored in Aprio, and its proprietary code and security guardrails prevent your prompts, queries, and answers from being released to the wider internet. Customer data remains 100% private and secure.
Beyond the AI chat tool, the partnership gives directors and administrators access to DirectorPrep’s weekly insights from The Savvy Director Blog and practical guides on emerging governance topics.
