Ian Warner
President & CEO

Prior to my involvement with Aprio in 2010, I was chief operating officer of Vancity, Canada’s largest credit union. I spent five years at Vancity's subsidiary Citizens Bank of Canada, including four years as CEO and a board member. I recently completed 3 years on the board of the Alumni Association of the University of British Columbia, my alma mater, and sat on several committees. My belief in lifelong learning led me to continue my education at Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program, and through local organizations like the BC Technology Industry Association, where I chair the SaaS C-Council. I am the proud father of three grown children, one of whom I run marathons with, and like to work with wood in my spare time.

Erwin Sinniah

After pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Information Systems, I've spent the last 25+ years leading software development initiatives in a wide range of industries. I have a background in human resources, project management, planning, and budgeting. I am said to be a resourceful problem solver with innovative ideas and a meticulous work ethic.

Karen Peacey
Director, Customer Relations

I have over 20 years’ administration experience in various industries including credit unions, forestry, software, and the sports sector and have over five years’ experience in providing software training. I take real pleasure in supporting and training our clients and helping to make their jobs easier and more efficient. When not training or supporting clients, I can be found out with friends, cheering on the Canucks. I have also recently taken up running.

Kirstin Skinner
Customer Success Manager

I am an experienced administrative professional who has been working mainly in financial services and the non-profit sector for the last 20 years. For eight years prior to joining Aprio, I was an Executive Assistant and Board Secretary for Your Neighbourhood Credit Union, making me uniquely positioned to provide insight and solutions to Aprio clients. Earlier in my career, I was the Assistant to the Executive Director of the Cambridge & North Dumfries Community Foundation, a board-led, non-profit organization supporting the local community. When not helping Aprio customers, I enjoy spending time with my family at our cottage and the nearby beach.

Dee Sicklesteel
Director, Sales

Nearly 20 years ago I started my sales career in retail, and discovered how much I enjoy helping people find what fits their need. I joined the Aprio team in 2009. My love for Aprio is largely due to the strong ROI and the positive ‘green’ benefits that the solution provides. The fact that Aprio and I both have an interest in sustainability economics makes it a great fit. I really enjoy off-roading and thus belong to multiple jeep clubs. I can often be found spending time with my husband and two grown sons around a campfire.

Narendra Solanki
Director of Finance

After pursuing a B.A Hons in Accounting and Finance at De Montfort University in Leicester, England, I have spent the last 9+ years developing and leading financial operations in B2B and B2C environments across a wide range of industries including media, advertising, marketing, and financial services. My strengths lie in critical decision-making, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing process improvements across all business functions. Outside of work, I like to socialize with friends, enjoying all that BC has to offer, cycling, watching football (soccer), and planning my next holiday, having already travelled to 30+ countries.
