Aprio expands customer service team, continues focus on customer loyalty

The growth in Ontario gives Aprio’s Canadian team a national presence and offers customers across North America dedicated training and reliable, round-the-clock support. Aprio provides 24/7/365 service and free training to all users of the Aprio board portal, whether as groups or individuals.

Continuing its strong relationship with customers, Aprio has also translated insights from users into brief, informative videos accessible from within the Aprio board portal. Rolled out to customers this month, the videos will offer instant guidance on key activities such as downloading meeting materials, making annotations or adding hyperlinks to meeting agendas. Aprio will continue to expand self-service training options with more tools and videos over the coming months.
