2020 wrap-up: thank you & Aprio fun facts

2020 has been a wild ride. The COVID-19 pandemic has had worldwide impacts on organizations and boards, and with so much uncertainty still looming in the air, it continues to be a tough time for so many.

With a new year just around the corner, we want to celebrate a few of our wins and fun facts from 2020. The team at Aprio would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all of our customers and partners. We appreciate your generous loyalty, suggestions, and referrals now more than ever.

We wish you the very best in 2021!

Customer satisfaction scores continue to climb

“Since the same time last year, Aprio’s customer satisfaction scores have increased by 36%. Our team takes a lot of pride in listening to customer feedback while we deliver the tools our customers need to make board management and collaboration simple and efficient. The Aprio support team has also been busy training 584 new directors and board administrators throughout 2020!”

Upcoming Aprio software developments

“This fall, I was thrilled to join the Aprio team as the new CTO. Since then, our work has focused on developing and delivering the next edition of the Aprio board portal, which we plan to launch in 2021. This new edition features a brand new user interface which will provide a more modern and user-friendly experience to the boards we serve around the world, while still providing the same security and support that our customers rely upon.”

– Erwin Sinniah, Chief Technology Officer

Celebrating five years of the Good Governance for All Awards

“Aprio was excited to celebrate its fifth year of the Good Governance for All Awards, which helps to make good governance possible for all. This year, Climate Reality Canada was our deserving non-profit board that received the award. They join previous winners ACCESS Community Capital Fund, Inspire Health, the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Saskatchewan Division, and Canuck Place in our Good Governance for All Award community.”

– Florian Mukuta, Director of Marketing

Impact of COVID-19 on boards

“The team at Aprio has seen an increase in the volume of information being shared with boards and an increased frequency of meetings and board decision making during this pandemic. Remote work and virtual board meetings are now essential for so many organizations, and our team has been glad to fill that need. Thank you so much for your loyalty!”
