With this change, Aprio’s board remains comprised of four independent directors and two executive directors.
Neil has been a leader in the tech industry for more than 30 years and is currently Chair of Photon Control Inc. and EDP Software, as well as Director of Symbility Solutions. Neil has a long track record of successfully championing growth at Canadian tech companies. He recently served as Chair of Agreement Express and QHR Technologies, as Executive Chair of ResponseTek, and as a Director of TitanStar Properties. Neil was also CEO of Wurldtech Security Technologies (acquired by General Electric in 2015) and is a former Executive in Residence for the British Columbia Technology Industry Association.
